Little Miss M Turned ONE!  

I had the honor of taking some beautiful pictures of this sweet and adorable little girl :)  

Here are some of my favorite portraits. . .in black and white.  

I just LOVE black and white photos.

I know some people do not appreciate them as much as I do.  

But, I truly believe that nothing gets lost in in a black and white photo. 

Instead of being distracted by vibrant colors you are naturally drawn to the person's face, their eyes, their expressions. . .

and it is almost like you get a brief glimpse into their soul.

Family of Seven

What a fun family!  

I will admit, I was a *little* nervous before this session.  

This was the biggest family I've ever photographed, so far. . .  

The last largest family I photographed was a family of 6, 

but they are also my good friends, so there was no stress :)  

Not to fret,  I love a challenge!  

But, it turns out I had absolutely noting to worry about!  

The W family was lots of fun and so very easy to photograph :)

Graduation Time!

I had the pleasure to taking these graduation photos for a wonderful woman.
I remember going to her high school graduation party, what seems like yesterday!
Now here she is, graduating from college already. . .time sure flies!

Sisters :)

Sunday was another windy day in Vail!  But the wind didn't stop me from capturing some really gorgeous portraits of these sisters in their Easter dresses :)  There was LOTS of giggles, hugs, running and tumbling going on in the grass :)  And I was able to capture some beautiful (and fun!) moments.
