Let's Go Explore!

This adorable little man was a bit weary of me (or was it my big camera?) at first.
So, I said "You want to go find some ducks?  Let's go explore!" and he happily followed. . .making sure his Mom and Dad were within arms reach of course :)
We found lots of ducks!  And fish and lizards, too!
When he got tired of looking for ducks, he decided he wanted to find some monkeys.
We did not find any of those. . .guess they were sleeping ;)

The four of us had fun exploring Agua Caliente park together.
I was able to capture all of these adorable and fun moments along the way!

Thanks for exploring with me J!

A Family Reunion of Sorts

This was my biggest photo shoot yet. . .
I loved taking pictures of this family!
So much energy and joking around!
I am pretty sure I was smiling the whole time :)

It is nice to be part of a big gathering and observe the interactions between generations of
siblings, cousins, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
Individually, they might all seem different.
Lump them together for a fun gathering, and you see all the familial ties that bind them together. . .
and if you are lucky, they will even smile and NOT BLINK when you tell them to!
Well, ALMOST all of them. . .you know who you are ;)

Well, all you were really interested in was seeing the pictures, right?
So, here they are!

One Big Happy Family!

Look at this adorable family. . .

This family is too cute!  I had the privilege of taking their photos,
just in time for Mother's Day :)

Here's a sneak peek of some of the photos.  I know I post a lot of black and whites, but I cannot help myself because, as most of you already know, they are my favorite!

This first photo is one of my all time favorite photos!  I just love it :)
Hope they love it, too!!!

Enjoy!

Look Who Turned ONE!

Little Miss M Turned ONE!

I had the honor of taking some beautiful pictures of this sweet and adorable little girl :)

Here are some of my favorite portraits. . .in black and white.

I just LOVE black and white photos.
I know some people do not appreciate them as much as I do.
But, I truly believe that nothing gets lost in in a black and white photo.
Instead of being distracted by vibrant colors you are naturally drawn to the person's face, their eyes, their expressions. . .
and it is almost like you get a brief glimpse into their soul.

Here's Little miss M!
Look at those beautiful sparkling eyes :)
